Hey!

In my professional life, I have a range of experience working with both young people and adults across the spectrum of neurodiversity. I continue to work on a regular basis in a therapeutic capacity with young ADHD people who have experienced trauma.

I completed my training as an ADHD Life coach with the International ADHD Coach training centre (Iact), completing their ICF accredited course. I continue to stay up to date with the latest research and techniques as one of their alumni. I also have a range of additional training in Social, Emotional and Mental Health as well as Trauma-Informed approaches.

As an ADHD Life Coach, my aim is to support as many people as possible to utilise their strengths, overcome their challenges celebrate their uniqueness.

In my personal life I continue to enjoy singing a range of classical music and spending time with my dog, Leia, who occasionally likes to pop in to coaching sessions!
